1986–89   BA in Fine Art at Goldsmiths College, London, England.
1988   Curates the widely acclaimed Freeze exhibition while still a student at Goldsmiths College, London, England.
1991   Produces the work, ‘The Physical Impossibility of Death in the Mind of Someone Living’, which features in the ground breaking show at the Saatchi Gallery in 1992.
1994   Curates the group show, ’Some Went Mad, Some Ran Away’, Serpentine Gallery, London, England.
1995   Wins the Turner Prize for exhibitions at the ICA, Saatchi Gallery and the Serpentine Gallery, Prix Eliette von Karajan, Max Gandolph-Bibliothek, Salzburg.
Birth of his first son, Connor.
1998   Opens his own restaurant ‘Pharmacy’ in Notting Hill, London, England.
Publishes his autobiography ‘I want to spend the Rest of My Life Everywhere, with Everyone, One to One, Always, Forever, Now.’
2000   Birth of his second son, Cassius.
2006   Continues to work in London and at his home in Devon, England.
